Once you draft Ebron with your first pick the entire league will be shaking in their boots! *with laughter* If you don't mind me saying so, I wouldn't use either of your next two picks on getting the best kicker in the league. I think there is a decent chance of getting him in the 4th round. Use the 2nd round pick on a top tier defense instead. Everyone knows that defense wins games! |

This fantasy football stuff is going to be easy... I'm starting to worry about playing you now that Drath has unlocked his brilliant strategicability. I call it advanced metricsstregicability. It is difficult to explain but even tougher to spell. Last year my goal was just to be competitive and I had my best regular season ever (11-2). I usually follow up a really good year with a really bad year. But I usually follow a year with a high draft pick by getting a low one the the next year. I got number one last year and number two this year so I broke the streak. I am hoping to break the streak up following a good season by a bad one. I am raising the bar for my goal and now it is to make the playoffs this year. Each year and there is a team with her luck and one with good luck. Last year Nemo was the hardluck team but he still managed to make the playoffs with a good team. I know I was one of the luckier teams last year but I had a really good team too. Success means having a good draft, some good luck with the schedule or at least not bad luck, and few injuries. I think we are all capable of those things so it should be a great season. Last year was very competitive. There were a lot of upsets. |

I believe it is now fixed. There is an option to "shuffle the schedule". Might be more fun and fair to shuffle but I'm good with whatever. Everyone is competitive and presents a challeI have no complaints. Three of the four guys I'm playing twice - nemo, detteam, and Thee- are some of my most enjoyable rivalries. *cough* although last year was a lopsided 6-0 *cough* You're gonna pay for that  |

Got an invite to the work league today. Don't have the roster or scoring details yet but pretty sure it's gonna be way different from the old PF league.
They don't do a live draft. Do it with Google docs. Have been told the draft could take maybe 2 weeks to complete. Once it's done the commish enters everything on Yahoo. Kinda like the idea.

I've heard of that. Great idea but don't some people ruin it by taking to long to pick? Or is there a click and they fet someone automatically. Anyhow, I would be happy to try it or stay like we are. Does your system prevent a corrupt Commissioner from cheating?

Not sure if they have a separate pool on the side. Might inquire about that. There's a trophy in the project manager's area your name gets put on for 1st place. |
