Big win for MSU last night against a crappy scrappy Illinois team. MSU was 2-7 on the road last year.
But until they can beat MOP (the 3 BiG teams), at home OR on the road these only amount to feel good victories. Like the M football team, they crush the punks but get a butt whooping when they play anyone good not named N.C. Like M they were annointed conference champs and playoff contenders before they played a game. That’s the only reason we’re number 6. S really has proven little so far but beating down Houston Baptist U. is fun anyhow. Right now they are probably a 4 seed. Very good but not up to expectations.

To say they aren't a #2 seed, you would have to name 8 teams better. They are 18-3 with the only losses (Duke, OSU, UM) coming at the hands of nationally-ranked teams. Duke was ranked #1 at the time. OSU game was on the road. The worst loss is UM at home. MSU has wins over two top 10 teams (North Carolina, Notre Dame). Purdue has looked really good. They have to go through the gauntlet (UM, MSU, Indiana, Ohio State, etc.) in the next couple of weeks, though. I doubt they come will be in the top 10 for long. |

I think P wins regular season I dont see M in the final 4 I think its unusual for a team to win both the regular season and tourney so S will take the tourney and P the regular season I will guess 7 make the 64 |
