MSU is looking at a potential #1 seed.
Big games coming up this week....Purdue plays Ohio State and Michigan State.

Told you Purdue would never survive this gauntlet of the B1G schedule. Well it would be pretty crazy if they didn’t lose a game or two. I predict Msu loses 2 of the final 5 regular season games to end up 26-5 before the conference tourney. They lose to Purdue and either Minn. or NW on the road. What aan easy conference schedule playing M , P, and O once plus only O was on the road. I predict, other than losing 2 of next 3 that unless they get lucky and miss o and p in the big tourney they wont win it. I further predict they will get knocked out of March Madness after they play a good team or if not they lose to the second good team. So no final 4 unless a crappy team advances and S plays them. I have enjoyed listening to almost every game this season but have no reason to believe they can beat a good team. Maybe once at best. They will get pushed around and out hustled sooner or later. I expect they will get a 3 seed tops. Unless they beat Purdue and then possibly a 2 seed if everything else goes well. How can they win. Takent beats mediocre teams byt where is the heart? Bridges chokes, Ward shoots when teiple teamed, Langford and Cassius are not consistent. Only Jackson is dependable. How can S succeed in march? Only one way. Winston goes crazy. Otherwise forget it. Great bunch of young men but they need a leader. |

In- S, O,P Likely- M, N Penn has a brutal 4 of 5 games-so out Mary and NW have mediocre- likely out but may sneak in There may be only FIVE teams in. Maybe 6 if one wins big? So possibly 7- decent chance of 6- likely-5 So u blew it prolly by changing to 7. :-) |

I already gave you 12 1/2 for your Eagles pick. This one is still open. MSU may still come in 3rd or 4th in the conference, lose to Maryland in the B1G ship, and then lose to East middle Arkansas Community College in the March Madness. Honestly, they still seem to be missing a player to push them. I think they will take 3rd in the Big,perhaps win the tourne and also get knocked out from one of the 8 finlists. Now let’s hear YOUR dumb prediction. Also, stop stalking me or I will file for a court ordered restraining order! I predict: - Ohio State will win the B1G regular season
- Purdue will lose 3 games in the next couple of weeks
- MSU will finish 2nd in the B1G standings and UM will finish 5th
- Purdue will bounce back and win the B1G tourney, defeating MSU in the championship game
- Four teams from the B1G will make the NCAA tournament, but 4 of those teams will be gone during the first weekend
- UM and MSU will both reach the Final Four of the NCAA tournament before bowing out in the semis
My prediction of four B1G teams making the NCAA tournament is looking good. |

This is how the committee currently ranks the teams. I think they are over-thinking some things.
1. Virginia
2. Villanova
3. Xavier
4. Purdue
5. Auburn
6. Kansas
7. Duke
8. Cincinnati
9. Clemson
10. Texas Tech
11. Michigan State
12. North Carolina
13. Tennessee
14. Ohio State
15. Arizona
16. Oklahoma
North Carolina (7 losses) and Oklahoma (8 losses) should not even be in the top 16.
Duke, with 5 losses including 2 of their last 3, doesn't belong that high.

Right now, only 4 B1G teams will get in to the big dance. Penn State and/or Northwestern need to make a run to get in. |

That Bridges 3 pointer has changed everything! Wouldn’t be surprised if the comittee still ranks Purdue over MSU. Between the rest of the regular season and the Big tourney MSU can move up to 2nd seed or drop to 5th. I don’t think it can get better or worse than that.
