I agree. I said it was nuts for a first year guy. I just mentioned he’s doing well. So to them it’s a great bargain. Because schools like OSU and Michigan have a bazillion (yes Thee, it is not a real word- it’s a figure of speech to indicate a crazily high amount) rich alumni and they don’t even blink at that. Schools like MSU will be asking for volunteer coaches for the next half century because the lawsuits will bankrupt them! Aside from the fact that you wouldn’t have asked the question to guess the amount I still would’ve figured itvwas a crazy figure coming from that bottomless well. It isn’t like the money belongs to an owner so why should they care. Unlike Harbaugh, O’s coach can beat MSU and other teams over .500 although I realuze at least Harbaugh has a history as a big winner on the field. A reputation as an asshole outside it (except the M lackeys. Like Laimbeer (the bad boy) was.an asshole but he was OUR asshole so we loved him. As far as our forum Laimbeer well nothing changes even though he’s OURS. .  Bill, that wasn’t meant maliciously . Just consider it as constructive criticism” .By the way, I can offer you a great deal on the Golden Gate bridge. Today only. Only cash in unmarked Bills (no pun intended) will be accepted. Kudos to Michigan. Nice to see a team with drive. Things are funny sometimes. M went to OT with Iowa and couldve lost long ago.. Now they are in the ship.
I predict S will be out after making the sweet 16. Only way they make the elite eight is if they get a lucky matchup. M looks like they have a bright future but I think they will be out after the sweet 16 too.

Wow. Izzo was outcoached and M won it all. Congratulations!
M should be a 3 seed based on good record but winning the tourney. MSU has a great record but no heart. Can’t beat really good reams.
I see a 3 seed there as well. Bully punks but choke and lack focusto beat bigs.

Is Beilein a better basketball coach than Izzo?
Izzo has the better resume, but Beilein has proven time and time again that he is pretty darn good.
Izzo is 11-9 against Beilein. Michigan State has 3 Final Fours, 4 Big Ten titles, and 3 conference tournament titles in that span.
Beilien has 1 Final Four, 2 Big Ten titles, and now has 2 tournament titles.
