Have u seen Saturday’s results? Do not read further if u have not:
She raced in the 500 m with 3 other skaters. The top 2 advance to play top 2’s in other groups. She took 2nd...barely so she advances! I said Tuesday in my previous post but maybe Monday. As you can see from the link I posted, I just learned that apparently the rest of the country loves her too. I smile every time I watch it. I doubt she is good enough to win a medal but who knows?

When's the next time they play? Was that the "Heat" round? Is there now an upcoming gold medal round? It's weird that they have events before the Opening Ceremonies. I get that they always try to have the Opening Ceremonies on a Friday, and Closing Ceremonies on a Sunday. But they should still find a way to schedule everything in between those two events. They are 2-4 in the round robin so far with one match left. They will not qualify for the medal round. Canada leads the way at 5-1. I watched them Saturday night against Finland. They lost 7 - 5.  |

Bimey finished last in the QF Group 3. She did not advance to the SF. Darth tells me to watch someone, and I can barely watch her. She was so far behind the other 3 skaters, that she was out of view of the camera for most of that run. |

If the speeds are below what you expect, then it's your ISP. If the speeds are what you expect, then it's the Pro Boards server. |

She was so far behind the other 3 skaters, that she was out of view of the camera for most of that run. Her strength is her starts. Some bitch bumped her intentionally. The coach shoud have warned her people cheat. She was brokenhearted and shocked someone did that. She didn’t have the speed to medal yet anyhow. Was thrilled with the ice dancing couples gold. I wanted “them” to win so bad. Very emotional moment. It was soooo close between the two but they were perfect! . |

I saw the cross country snowboarding yesterday.
There were a ton of crashes in the semi finals. 2 USA guys ended up recovering from the crash to finish 2nd and 3rd and advance to the medal round.
In the Finals, the French guy Vaultier was too good.
And the two USA guys Baumgartner and Dierdorff finished 4th and 5th.
