I still can't forgive him for getting knocked out of bounds in that 49er P/O game.

Then they beat Drexler after splitting in Detroit. Drex said it wasn’t coming back to Detroit. They always lost in Poerland maybe ten years straight. Clyde was correct. It ended in Portland when Detroit awept Three games straight’ hahaha! It was much longer than that. I posted about the streak last July. It was a 20 game streak, spanning almost 16 years datewise. It's a stat I've mentioned elsewhere. But it's still surprising to think about. Portland had a 20 game, 15.97 year winning streak over Detroit at Memorial Coliseum heading into the 1990 Finals. Detroit had won the 2nd game of the 1974-1975 season, which was at Portland, before the losing streak started. Detroit won all 3 games of the 1990 Finals at the Memorial Coliseum. bkref.com/tiny/x1gyT

Give Darth credit for remembering his own name, much less that we actually played Portland that year.

Didn't the Trailgangsters have good leadership and coaching back then ? Their center play was strong.

U know final z4 will be
Zeke Gordie unless Yzerman
Cobb Sanders
I will go zeke and gordie i guess
Then zeke to win. Maybe cobb was best but not my era and gordie was.
I saw gordie as a munchkin . Also in viper game when he played one shift to play in new decade.
Saw zeke in person maybe 25 times minimum

I was not one of those, but for those that watched it when it was happening, such as some people on this forum, I'm sure they wouldn't need to "Google" a treasured memory. They can replay it in their head at any time.

Oh, puhleease. You cannot be serious. After 27 years you don’t remember the small stuff. We had several great teams. I remember first getting a winning record, then getting by the Atlantas and Milwaukees in our division, then getting by Boston, Then finally beating the Lakers. That took years.to meet each step. It’s unrealistic to expect someone to remember the “expected” things. And when your my age you’re lucky to remember what you had for breakfast today.
You remember your first girlfriend right? The first date, first nookie, maybe some other stuff. Can you remember each date with her? With your wife? Do you remember every song they played at your wedding? Do you remember the score after each quarter of the Pistons championship game with in 2004.I don’t think you’re in any position to question my “treasured memories” I DO have as you term it based on something so obscure.
I can really appreciate your trying to pump a little life into the forum by keeping conversations going but asking me something from 3 decades ago? I didn’t mean any offense suggesting it would be easier to Google as odds were good I would not remember and would need to look it up. Putting me in a position to act like I had “know it all syndrome. *cough like Bill Laimbeer cough*

Looks like next week will be:
Stafford vs Sanders (although Stafford/Calvin matchup is very close) Cobb vs Kaline Howe vs Yzerman Thomas vs Dumars (Dumars/Bing is somewhat close but probably over)

Thanks. You did remember the steps. That's basically what I was asking for.
