The Rutgers Game was supposed to be about whether or not Michigan State would get into a bowl. Now it is about getting a pretty good bowl or a very good bowl. Crazy how expectations change.
We will see if the Lions season ends today as far as the postseason.
Minnesota 27
Detroit 20
If they lose, Caldwell will figure he has nothing to lose so he will let the offense do their thing and they will win 4 of their remaining five. Final record 9-7. The eagles win the Super Bowl and I am done with the NFL again. For good this time. Pessimist or realistic?
I think the coach will play scared until it's too late. I don't think the defense will hold Minnesota. My turkey will taste a lot better if my production makes me into a turkey. ;-) Well… You know what I mean.

I think if it were desirable the Big conferences would be affiliated with it. I think teams from the WAC play there. Still, I would imagine the players wouldn't mind and conferences like the Mac would like to be there except for I think the payouts are small. Only teams with Rich fans like the U of Michigan could afford to go and even then it wouldn't be enough.

Well,looks like MSU is giving Penn State a run for their money. If/when they get penalized (sounds like they should) does it include the football program? When P did their dirt I think the sanctions only applied to football. But in the S case you are penalizing the victims if you punish the womens programs. So aside from firing the dirtballs involved in the cover up what happens? How does this crap even happen in this day and age when everything is scrutinized???

MSU no longer plays in the Big Ten. They now play under the Big Top. Well, no need to send in the clowns. They've already performed juggling the football. Looks like it may be another long year. At 9-3, the Spartans surpassed all of our expectations. Give Coach Dantonio some credit. Great season for MSU. When did I post THAT? Musta been ticked about something. Dantonio is a great coach and perfect for MSU. His accomplishments this season were nothing short of incredible. |

It’s a joke. You cannot separate M from O You cannot seperate M from S Odd man out = P Nobody cares about P and switching them puts P, W, and Io together. Still not even, IMO, but it is much better. Sorry we couldn't hand the Big ten championship to you guys. We tried. M winning the O game would do nothing positive for S. O and S would each have two losses and O wins the tiebreaker. Also, had M beat O they would have the same overall record as S and would surely get Bowl preference. So S put their faith in Coach H. feeling secure in the knowledge he would lose to O. |

Great year for MSU and a great weekend for them. Would love a NYD Bowl. Many predict the Outback but things can and are happening that could throw a monkey wrench in those plans. Things within the conference and outside that could mess that up. Too many to go into and I’m sure you guys already know. The Lions lost which totally sucked and I’m pretty sure they are history. My fantasy team keeps losing because I have been running into one of the top scoring teams the last few weeks. Hopefully you knock me out of the playoffs and get in yourself next week so I can be done with this Thee! Prepare to score your season high. Best of luck!! |

Outback or Citrus?
LSU, Miss St, or S.C. ?
MSU always seems to get the toughest matchups.
My guess: Outback and LSU. The one team of the 3 I think S can’t beat.
I guess M probably won’t jump S but should jump NW.
Holiday and Stanford Great irony!
It’s incredible that S is in this position.

Yikes! Maybe Iwas correct earlier. Word is that if MSU doesn’t go to the Citrus M will leapfrog them and get the Outback dropping S to the holiday. That sucks. M is reported to be “a lock” for the Outback.
